Monthly Meditation
These easy to follow guided meditations will be held at 7pm on the First Wednesday of every month, commencing 3rd February. We will gather at the Supper Room of the Healesville Memorial Hall.
Over time y ou will learn techniques for:
- Stress management
- Trauma healing
- Health and pain management
- Psychic development
- and much more
The charge is $10 per head and everyone from beginners to experienced are welcome and encouraged to join in.

This page is focused on the local work I am doing in the Yarra Valley. \ The things I'm feeling nudged to do include a Goddess Circle, a meditation/healing group and some training around Reiki and a few other things.
